Order Delivery and Cancellation Policy 

Because your convenience is our priority, we confirm every order through our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placement.

For any issues regarding your order, please contact us directly at 15440 so we can serve you better. Kindly do not reach out to the shipping company or our Facebook pages for order-related inquiries.

We actively track all deliveries and will contact you within 3 days if your order is delayed or rejected for any reason.

If you encounter any problem with your order after receiving it, please contact us immediately at 15440 to take the appropriate action.

Please note: Official business days are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, public holidays, and official holidays are non-working days for all employees and shipping partners.


Delivery Schedule

  • We process and ship all orders 6 days a week, excluding Fridays.
  • Our standard shipping timeline is 3–5 working days from order confirmation.
  • You will receive an SMS from the shipping company containing the COD (Cash on Delivery) amount and the courier's contact details once your order is out for delivery.

Cancelling Your Order
