Due to the nature of our products, all skin and hair care items cannot be returned once received and opened.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  •  Defective or damaged item
  •  Sealed item that was incorrectly opened by our team

Return Process

  2. Pickup Arrangement: Our courier service will schedule a pickup for the returned item.
  3. Validation: Returned items will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
  4. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
